DIPROMINI MINI-FILER 1.0MM FOR STANDARD FLEXSHAFTS WITH EVOLUTION DIPROMINI FLAT CERAMIC STONE HOLDER

The lower weight and ergonomic design of the FMR Mini-Filer results in more effective finishing and polishing work — especially in narrow and confined spaces.  Quickly attaches to any Foredom QD style flexible shaft unit (except models TXH, TXMH, and H) for light-duty profiling work. Holds tools up to 3.6mm diameter tools including Flat Ceramic Stones and Diamond Poli Files. For lowest possible vibration levels we recommend using light weight tools and tool-holders. 

This is the 1.0mm stroke length model.  We have a 0.5mm or a1.5mm stroke length version also available - all sold separately.  Recommended speed is 5,000 to 7,000rpm. Caution – maximum speed is 10,000rpm and higher speeds will result in damage not covered by warranty.  Measures 5-1/4"L x 1" diameter. Weighs 5.5 oz.  

This is for use with Foredom QD standard (not square drive or slip connect) flex shafts.  There are other mini-filer heads for use with Power Hand and NSK micromotors - please see related products. 

Come with optimized lightweight holder for Dipromini reciprocating polishing/filing machines. Securely clamps flat ceramic stones for smoother, low-vibration performance in precision finishing.

Safety Recommendations for Reciprocating Filers:

Prolonged use of vibrating or reciprocating tools may result in vibration-induced circulation problems in the hands. Always follow safe operating procedures. Using hand protection (i.e., insulated gloves) and taking frequent breaks can help minimize but not guarantee against injury. Operating these types of tools in cold weather or with a tight grip will reduce the period of operation before risking potential injury. Individuals with a tendency to suffer from poor circulation, frequently cold fingers or itchy hands should closely monitor the condition of their hands. If symptoms appear, seek medical advice immediately.
