CeraGloss™ DIAMOND IMPREGNATED SILICONE RUBBER WHEELS for CARBIDE GRAVERS GRINDING, SMOOTHING, and POLISHING BY EDENTA Set of 3 CeraGloss™ wheels, made with a patented ceramic technology that adjusts the bonding process to the natural diamond structure, deliver outstanding grinding, smoothing, and polishing results without polishing paste. Used in successive order with other CeraGloss™ diamond polisher grades, these polishers produce a high-polish, high-gloss finish that has a luminous and reflective quality. These rubber bonded wheels use a diamond compound to produce an incredibly long lasting fine finish. These wheels are used to shape, smooth, and polish to a High Luster Finish Tungsten Carbide gravers. The CeraGloss ™line uses a new binding component as well as natural diamonds to produce a polishing wheel that works on hard metals like titanium and platinum without any heat build-up. Edenta CeraGloss™ wheels are a 3-Step Diamond Impregnated Polishing System. Used on harder metals such as Platinum, Titanium and Carbide. They provide a superior finish to jewellery when used in the 3 stages. Can also be used to shape and polish Tungsten Carbide gravers or GRS GlenSteel gravers for setters or engravers alike. Specification: Diameter: 1/2" (12 mm) Thickness: 5/64" (2 mm) Mounted on 3/32" (2.35mm) Reinforced Mandrel with wide screwhead. Process Description: 1st Stage - Green - Coarse Grit for shaping. COARSE GREEN POLISHER is use for smoothing down rough surfaces. Optimal Speed - 5,000 RPM 2nd Stage - Blue - Medium Grit for polishing. MEDIUM BLUE POLISHER is for further smoothing the surfaces and preparation for final polishing. Optimal Speed - 5,000 RPM 3rd Stage - Yellow - Fine Grit for high gloss mirror finish. FINE YELLOW POLISHER is a final polisher and produces a high-gloss, final polish on jewelry pieces and Tungsten Carbide tools. Optimal Speed -10,000 RPM.
