GRS® TOOLS C-MAX CARBIDE VPOINT GRAVERS #60°, 75°, 90°, and 120° Introducing the new C-Max VPOINT for jewelry work, stone setting, and general engraving. The carbide material for C-Max gravers provides a superior edge to traditional tool metals. Try one today and see the difference for yourself. Similar to a knife graver and the C-Max RFF Points, the new C-Max VPoint Gravers are available in several geometries ranging from a narrow 60° to a wide 120°. The top is rounded to allow for maximum customization of relief angles while providing a comfortable surface. The sides are preshaped to reduce sharpening time for the cutting angles. C-Max VPoint gravers use QC Tool Holder for 1/8" Round (#004-873). Specifications: Length: 1.8" (45.72 mm). Shank diameter: 0.125" (3.175 mm). C-Max Carbide VPOINT Gravers are supplied in the following sizes: GRS ITEM # Knife Point Angle Thickness 022-615 60° 1.4 mm 022-616 75° 1.6 mm 022-617 90° 1.8 mm 022-618 105° 2.0 mm 022-619 120° 2.2 mm About C-Max Years of development have now produced a tungsten carbide graver with the right blend of hardness and toughness for hand engraving and stone setting applications. C-Max achieves a metallurgical balance like no other carbide. For years, engravers and jewelers have used other carbide gravers that break easily or don’t hold a fine edge. Now, this frustration is gone forever, thanks to C-Max carbide. Try these tools and you’ll do better work in noticeably less time. C-Max Onglette Gravers use QC Tool Holder for 1/8" Round (#004-873)
